A Gentler Way to Create Space for the Implant
Specialized Motiva instruments gradually create space for the implant while minimizing cutting and disruption to the breast’s natural support structures.
Placement and Incision
Small Incision
The implant is placed through a small incision positioned discreetly in the natural breast fold.
Balloon Creates Space
Specialized Motiva instruments gradually create space for the implant while minimizing cutting and disruption to the breast’s natural support structures.
Above the Chest Muscle
Preservé places the implant above the chest muscle, helping preserve the muscle, natural breast tissue, and surrounding tissue planes.
Preservé or Traditional Augmentation?
Your anatomy, desired implant size, and recovery goals all matter when choosing the right approach.
Preservé by Motiva
Implant placed above the chest muscle
Smaller incision in the breast fold
Less tissue and muscle disruption
Designed for a quicker recovery
Traditional Breast Augmentation
May allow a broader range of implant sizes
Can include placement beneath the muscle
May support more extensive reshaping
Recovery depends on the technique used
Two Anesthesia Options
IV Sedation
IV sedation is not general anesthesia. It is provided in a surgical-center setting and is designed for a comfortable procedure with a smoother wake-up afterward.
In OFFICE ORAL SEDATION
Often called twilight or awake breast augmentation, this option uses local numbing and oral medication to help appropriate patients feel relaxed and comfortable in the office.
